Hi,
I haven't posted here in a long time. 8 weeks ago my Seroxat dose was upped to 30 mg. I have been feeling gradually better, but the last couple of days have been so hard. I've been crying and having mood swings and feeling low. Please tell me this is probably a blip:scared15:

I was on Seroxat for 6 years. After a couple of years I started to feel anxious again and was put up from 20 to 30. I can't remember how long I was on this dose for, but I went back down to 20 and was absolutely fine on that for years.
Hi, thank so much for your answer. Did you have any dips in mood when you upped the dose? I'm pretty low, and I just can't believe Seroxat suddenly stopped working 😮
No, I don't remember that happening at all. I had a pretty trouble-free time with Seroxat, apart from weight gain. That was why I came off it, but it was wonderful for anxiety. I have heard about other people who say it stopped working for them, but I was fine for the whole six years.

I’ve been doing mostly fine since my last blip, so this is so discouaging. It feels like this is how I will feel for the rest of my life. Please someone tell me this will pass.... :scared15:
