Feel like I have a head cold. Does anybody get this?

I think it's my anxiety as I haven't left the house in weeks. I have been for a run when I can, but not often. Anyway, I feel like I have a head cold. The last few nights I've been struggling to get a good sleep.

I sometimes have a headache between the eyes or on the temples. As well as this, I feel kind of congested. My nose and ears feel a little congested. I generally feel like I have some kind of head cold.

One thing I have been doing is eating more junk food. I don't know if this is having a negative effect on me. I lost about 6lbs as I had my diet back in check, but then I recently started eating junk and I've regained the pounds.

Anyway, just wondering if any of you have had similar?

It's autumn in Blighty. Everybody has colds, flu, or a visit from Coronie.

Eating junk food will make you feel like poo long-term. We get that initial feel-good hit, but it generally goes downhill from there, and it's never a good idea to eat junk food when you have anxiety because you are putting more stress on an already sensitised system.

Simple answer - cut out the junk food. Lose the weight. Feel immense. :yesyes:
