Anemic and borderline calprotectin

I’ve got myself into such a state. I am borderline at 147 with my Calprotectin tesr. I’ve also been confirmed anemic. Which I have been for a couple of years. I was getting lots of diarrhoea and intermittent rectal bleeding. So I’m booked in for Colonoscopy but not for another 6 weeks. I’m going out of my mind with worry. The diarrhoea has thankfully eased and I haven’t had it for weeks. But still some bleeding when I’m constipated. The dr says I have several piles. I just can’t think straight. He said the anemia is because of periods. Im 45. But why the borderline calprotectin?? It just seems like there are two many red flag symptoms
