I've used it, to no effect whatsoever. I've put drops in water to sip. I've put it direct into my mouth. I've even tipped the bottle into my mouth. Zilch.
I don't know if it's a placebo effect that works for some or what but I think the only calming ingredient is the tiny bit of alcohol in the bottle.:D

There's nothing really lost if it doesn't work since it's cheap so why not try it? I know some people who say it helps calm their dogs which is interesting.Quote:
