Yes I went through this a couple of years ago! I’d wake through the night and have to rush to the toilet. I’m sure there will be threads I’ve started about it at some point!
I literally went away as suddenly as it came on! It lasted a few weeks
I am having this now, loose stool as soon as I wake up and a few times in the day, I have IBS and don't get a lot of fiber, I have gone months without having an issue and now ...loose stool. UGH, I am so sick of this, I am guessing you may have IBS or can't handle certain foods.
Had this for a few years a while back, would wake up in the early hours with cramps that left me in a cold sweat that would culminate in violent diarrhoea.
Didn't see a doctor (I'm phobic and an idiot) but it went away eventually and I'm still alive several years later, so my best guess is that it wasn't anything serious ;)
I went through a phase (severe anxiety) when I was waking up at 4am and it was a case of liquid @ss...
I could do with that today tbh. Constipation due to going back on that HORRIBLE gluten free bread. URGH!!
