I have my ESA tribunal on the 22nd and it's sent my anxiety sky high.
I have a private councillor who is an ex mental health officer and is representing me.
My questions are:
Is he allowed to do most of the talking?
How long does it last?
Do the DWP send a representative?
It's making me so anxious I'm thinking of changing it to a paper tribunal which are a lot less successful.
Any thoughts appreciated.
To top it off it's all over £20 a week as my partner works!
