Itchy and discharge

The past couple of days ive had a itchy down below (inside) and yellow thick discharge.Does this sound like a yeast infection or thrush? i also feel the need to wee more but i am drinking more water to try and flush this out
cant get to a doctors till next week so any advise on how to deal with this at home will help! i have very mind belly pain too.. but then i do have ibs so dont if related

You could try 'caneston once' which you can get from the chemist.
