Trapped wind or something?

So i've got this intense pain right where my appendix actually is after i press it, i've been having stitch like pains in my side for a few days now but this is different and sharp and i'm really worried now
(as far as tmi goes) i have farted like twice now but i have read that appendicitis can make you gassy? i'm really panicking right now :weep:
