Been reading about near death experiences

Told myself not to do it, knew I would be triggered but here I am. I was reading up about near death experiences because my ocd wanted reassurance god isn’t real.

Anyway I found someone who said they had an out of body experience (which I’ve heard of before) but what freaks me out is they said they could read people’s thoughts during this time, and found stuff out about people they had never told anyone. Now I’m freaked out, and feel like my thoughts aren’t private anymore and there is loads of dead people just reading them. I’m scared to think of anything.

It’s really not helping with my ocd either because I already feel like my thoughts can make things happen. So what if these dead people who can read them make the things happen?
