Last night I ate chipotle and then I found what thing was rock and it possibly came from when rice or beans are picked from the ground so I’m not mad at chipotle. I think I found two as I was eating but they were a slice of a very small pebble, a little bit smaller than a one bean. If I ate a piece by accident will it cause my bowel to become perforated start bleeding and what are the initial symptoms to watch out .
