Hi long time lurker first time poster

I found this place when i was going through a GAD episode and funny enough this place helped me calm my mind in regards to ''dr googles'' nonsense right now i'm trying to recover from another episode of dr.googles nonsense but i am slowly but surely recovering. i should probably mention I'm a 29 year old male with IBS that only seems to flare up during one of my many GAD episodes GAD being general anxiety disorder
