Please do not buy before you contact me as it has just cost me 79p in fees to refund a paypal payment for someone in the USA so it is costing me money !

Are you geared up to ship to the US because I wanted to order the book recommended on this site called "At Last a Life" but I did not see it your site. Also I say a link you had to Amazon where you get a small cut of the price but can no longer find this link.
