Hi everyone 👋🏻 newbie here 😊

Hello, I’m new here and have battled anxiety of all kinds from the age of about 14. I’m just about to embark on a solo backpacking trip, one way flight, no set in stone plans, just going to see where life takes me and for the first time in a long time I’m feeling pretty vulnerable. I appreciate it’s normal to feel apprehensive etc but I’ve been struggling with some bad anxiety for the last week or so and now I just keep getting the feeling that I should cancel my flight because my minds telling me I can’t do it. I know I can - this isn’t my first rodeo, I’ve moved away on my own twice before and have travelled many many times with friends. Just looking for some words of wisdom, support and maybe a new friend or two 😊 peace and love x

Hi there, sorry for the delay and thank you for the support! You'll be happy to know I did get on the plane and I'm 5 months in to my journey - there's been ups and downs but I'm getting there! :)
