Need to Raise Awareness!!!!!!! Had enough.

Hi Everyone

My partner did a rare nightshift last night. Normally I am ok and I had my sister stay over who has special needs, she is good company. Last night however, I kept thinking anxious thoughts. My mum had a pace maker last year as her heart kept stopping and my grandad survived a heart attack. I got a sharp pain - just once - around my heart, but that triggered everything off. I felt hot, dizzy and sick. When my mind went elsewhere for 2 minutes I was fine, but the thoughts were in control last night!

I managed to do some work on my laptop and eventually tried to go to sleep around 3am, which i managed eventually ok. Think i was just so tired. :wacko:

However this morning went to pick my partner up and i snapped because i didnt want her to smoke in the car as i felt sick. So that turned into a debate about how she cant cope anymore, she has to put up with this for the rest of her life and im pathetic.

About time to Raise some awareness!!!!
