Havent had a palp in months.

Havent had palps for a couple of months, woke up yesterday to having a couple in the morning and a few through out the day. Instant panic obviously kicked in. But today. Ive none stopped had them. Theyre really starting to concern me now.
Is there a scale of whats too many? Ive obviously been obsessing over them which is no doubt causing more. I just cant seem to get my mind off them! Can they be harmful to have that many

Any natural remedies I can try?

Is it normal for me to have no palpitations when Im in the bath or busy doing things like colouring etc. But once I start moving around I get them.
