How to raise a concern about the Live Chat room

We want your visit to NMP to be productive and of benefit to you but sometimes you may feel uncomfortable about something.

If you have any issues about the live chat room then you should at least know how to inform us.

If you would like to complain about an issue in chat then please alert a chat room moderator or NMP administrator as soon as you see the issue so they can note the date/time and may be able to offer immediate help and diffuse the situation.

We take rule breaking seriously and will not tolerate abuse of the chat room but equally we will look at both sides to every story and not judge people unfairly.

We are here to be fair and make sure that NMP is a safe community for all members and we also have our accreditation (HON Accreditation) to consider and we will not allow any member to break rules that could jeopardise this accreditation that we worked hard to gain.

Above all we are all human and sometimes things get heated and we say things we do not mean and misunderstandings can happen. Most arguements or concerns can be easily resolved so please give us the chance to do this and work with us to resolve any issues.
