Exhausted,Tinnitus, head fog dizziness

So anxiety and panic seems to be kicking me
I've had tinitus for the last couple weeks with mild vertigo I went to doctor checked my ears said i had blocked ears gave drops

I went back to the doctor after a week as dizziness was worse so took anti nausea mess which help I don't feel so dizzy

I'm now this week still have the tinnitus but now have severe head fog full feeling in ears and just feel absolutely exhausted causing anxiety and panic. Feel like there is something very wrong but I don't want to go back to doctor yet again but I just don't know what to do
Surely anxiety can't make you feel this rotten
