Within 40 min! I normally go once in the morning, today I went once, then went two times again, the first was normal the second loose, the third looser!

That's actually a classic IBS pattern. It happens to me on a fairly regular basis.
I haven’t been officially diagnosed with ibs but it freaks me out when these things happen.
Could it be something I ate that caused the looser stools?
I get this all of the time too, I haven't been officially diagnosed with IBS but my doctor has mentioned it loads of times. Anxiety and IBS go hand in hand

I get this sometimes too, usually if I've eaten a rich meal/gone out to eat or if I'm close to/on my period, this is definitely a pretty common thing that can happen with IBS, plus for me, anxiety tends to make me a bit...looser in terms of bm's, so the more you worry the more it could exacerbate it.
Once a month for the last 3 months I’m getting, stomach cramps followed by diarrhea. It’s really worrying
also had a tiny spec of blood on tissue.
Please help.
Anyone else have these random bouts of diarrhea??
