Risks or danger of High wbc count

Hey guys im very scared with the latest reslt of my grannpa.Doctrs told its bone cancer.while admiting to the hospital he had wbc count of 50000 and aftr nearly a week its 90000!:weep:We are too scared with this! Would b glad if any1 suggsts me.Doctrs have told to took dischrge no wrries.let him live as he wants....is the last line indiacting last stage:ohmy:
