Hi guys, when you have a blip, do you ever consider increasing your med?
Im on 150 mg of sertraline daily, and my gp said i could increase to 200mg if need be.
Now at the moment, i dont know if im having a blip or if its the sert that needs increasing...I dont really want to increase the dose.
How long would you leave your anxiety before increasing meds?

My last blip was ten days, I reckon 2 weeks and I would think about increasing.
When was your last real blip though?
Mine was 3 weeks ago, still underlying but doesn't overwhelm me enough to consider an increase. I find of busy I don't think about it which my new job helped me with xx
hi my last blip was july i think, ive had a couple of wobbles since...
my anxiety has been with me 3 days and most of the 3 nights.
ive not taken any diazapam...tho i was tempted this morning..just wondered if i should increase as im getting anxiety all day now..my other episodes used to ease off as the day went by.xx
Hmmm when I have a real blip it's all day and usually a few in a row still.
I am fine at night but have been for months.
A difficult decision personally I would wait it out a bit longer.

think its lasting longer cos i thought i was over this awful predicament...and im worrying about how ill feel tomorrow x
Well I am around 6 months into it and still lurks about at times really getting to me.
I find it hard to relax in my own company still at times whereas used to love it.
The hard bit with a blip is believing it will pass even though it always does, I have underlying anxiety tonight do you not alone xx
