has anyone had neuro linguistic proggramming done?

i suffer from agraphobia and GAD which is at a really bad stage at present. i went to the doctor today which was a complete waste of time!!! they wont give me diffrent pills from propanilol(spelling not a strong point) as i am no good with pills and their side affects. any way as i have had CBT twice before it would take 3mths to get seen!!!
back home i thought there must be something out there that may help, so i looked into it and found this local site for NLP. IT SOUNDS GREAT!!! you only have two sessions and should notice a great diffrence. am in tears writting this as i have booked a session next week, fingers crossed it works. sooo has anyone ever heard of it??
