Try a modified barium for gloubus may help!

I finally got a modified barium and they said everything went down fine! Although I felt the food stick and still felt the lump! So crazy how the mind can do this... They said I have a touch of acid reflex but they said I have gloubus and its due to my anxiety. It's been a couple of days and I'm so thankful and grateful to say that the feeling in my throat has diminished, much more manageable. To all my fellow sufferers of this horrible symptom of anxiety please get a modified barium swallow, it may help ease your mind and the feeling may decrease. This is such a scary issue to deal with on a daily basis and if I can offer any support or advice I will, but please again try a modified barium it really may help ease your mind and the gloubus itself!
