How are you both doing? I’m back to worrying as I’m on day 30 of my cycle I believe. Last month it was 3 days early though so I’m trying not to worry.
This is what happens at this age, unfortunately.
And yet it triggers me so hard unfortunately 😬😬
I know it's tough, but all you can do is learn not to be triggered. It took me a while, but I got there and so can you.
Hey lady I hear you, I was supposed to have started on 12/30/19 and mine hasn't shown up yet, I am sure mine is due to perimenopause, I'll be 47 in a couple of months (March) and I have been having symptoms of perimenopause since I was 45, it can be worrisome thinking there is something wrong, women's bodies go through hell and back since we first start having our monthly flow, as I like to call her Aunt Flo or The Bitch.
I have my Period 2 days early this month. But the thing that’s annoying is that my anxiety is through the roof and I’m panicking about going to the toilet 💩 more even though logically I know it’s normal for me. Why am I like this??!
