Tingling sensation in mole

So just now I got a sort of tingling/itching sensation in this tiny mole that I know I’ve had for maybe a couple months now. Should I be worried?

I’ve found the mole maybe two months ago and it has not change size or color or anything its pretty small but it tingled a bit, is that bad?

I would just keep an eye on it for any changes but I have moles that can itch, sometimes I think it might just be my skin itching and there happens to be a mole there as I am covered in them.
