Can't Belive i havent been on here with post after post :-)

So most of you will no me where i have been having my bad times and just constant posting 24/7 but that got me through most of my bad days and i no it still will now,
But around 3 weeks ago my auntie got really ill with cancer and we all stayed by her bedside as she passed away but seeing my auntie go through all she did really opened my eyes upto a lot of things the main thing was (am not gonna be around forever) i started pushing myself to do things as i used to stay in and just dwell on every symptom i had and the more you dwell the worse you feel so i just never went out if i didnt have to and when i did have to nip the shops i always had some1 with me, anyway from that day on i started going the shops / school runs most things on my own :-) and i have been doing well since don't get me wrong i still have al the bad days we all get but i just try and remember the good days that i do have so am just looking forward from now on and i no you can to x x

Hi am so glad you are better, and even though you have been through rough time you have somehow excepted, it and not let it get to you well done may we all try and get something out of this.

Thanks guys. I have been through a lot my panic attacks, phobia of vomitin, anorexia, i just wanted my life to end didnt think id ever pull through but am here now and glad life is looking up and it will for u to xx
