Yellow / Orange flakey bits in semen??

Hi,

Last week I went to my GP about a lump on my testicle, she said it was an epidydimal cyst. Today I found yellowy orange flakes in my semen (not jelly looking), it looked like possible lots of flakes of skin, or possible even fat.

I googled it, and can't find anything like it on the internet. It's not the common problem of yellow jelly like lumps, I've had that before and this is totally different. These lumps dont let any light through, look like thin flakes stuck together?

Can anyone help / advise?
