Full body tremors - do they stop?

After about a week of taking 50mg Sertraline, I was getting crazy tremors. Particularly ones in my chest which I confused for my heart. I stopped taking them.

Now that I've been off them about a week or so, I'm getting depressed again. I want to know, do the tremors/shaking/jitters wear off? I'm thinking about starting again on a lower dose of 25mg. PDU has been very helpful in another thread about the jitters, but wanted to hear if others had the same thing and if it had disappeared.
