Could these possibly be bat bites?

10 days ago, I woke up with two itchy, smooth bumps on my toe I didn’t think much of them but they’ve started itching and tingling today, after both having left callus-like scabs on the skin . I searched everywhere online and I can’t seem to find a bug’s bite that resembles these wounds. I understand that bat bites are puncture wounds, but are there any chances that they might also cause this type of reaction? Any advice would be appreciated!
