Venlafaxine day 3

Hi I'm currently tapering off Mirtazapine and onto Venlafaxine.

I take 37.5mg Venlafaxine in the morning and 15mg Mirtazapine in the evening before bed.

When I take my Venlafaxine dose in the morning my pupils are dilated. Is this common or cause for concern? Also feeling some mild euphoria.
