It's not sleep apnea, I don't wake up choking etc, it's just an awareness that I've stopped breathing or having a delayed intake of air and it scares me ... anyone else experience this?
I definitely have bad anxiety right now....

I've had this before and have had it the last 2 days. Did you ever find out what it was? Did it just go away?
Like that little jolt you get sometimes as you are falling asleep? I think everyone gets that sometimes don’t they?Quote:
