Burning sensation when burping
So recently I've seen every time or burp there's like a weird burning sensation in my throat for the past two days and I'm worried
For the past two or so weeks I've had a daily cup of green tea or sometimes lemon green tea and two days ago had some instant noodles that I haven't had in years which I scoffed down
I'm just a bit concerned

There are some foods and drink that really aggravate my acid reflux. So I either eat/drink then and plan on chewing on tums afterwards, or I avoid those foods. Lemons are pretty acidic and are a trigger for mine. Also high sodium (which is probably found in your instant noodles!) maybe try changing the diet somewhat, or for quick relief try some tums.

Thank you! So do you think I should cut back on the lemon tea. I will not be eating noodles again anytime soon. I'm just concerned as I've never had reflux before

Well, there's a first time for everything..... literally everything.
Reflux isn't necessarily directly caused by food, but stress can cause the stomach to not work properly and certain foods are more likely to aggravate than others.

what’s a trigger for me may not be for you - but it certainly couldn’t hurt to try eliminating one thing from your diet for a few days and seeing if it improves! Mine is super odd. Even certain brands of iced tea can aggravate mine. That being said, I still enjoy these things in moderation, I just know that I’ll be dealing with some heartburn as a result.
