possible post infectious irritable bowel syndrome?

Hello!.. So a around 2 months ago i had a stomach virus or food posioning.
Ever since then. My bowels dont move as much and i had mucus in my stool on some occasions. and sometimes bright red blood in stool. But it only occurs after i strained so i think its hemorhoids from my constipation at that time. I have had minor stomach irritation/pain. Also. It has all calmed down alot. but my bowels still do not move as much. Any ideas? Im a 15 year old boy if that helps.
