Ive developed irritable bowel syndrome, which is common in people with bad anxiety. Im just worried that my ibs might damage some nerves or give me puedenal neuralgia. Its freaking me out and i cant sleep at night. Can ibs damage your nerves??

No IBS doesn't cause any damage to your body.
