Looking for a specific success story online (anyone able to link me?)

Hi.

I really reasonsated with a health anxiety/chronic physical anxiety symptom recovery story.

All I know is:
1) it was quite long
2) the persons main symptom was dizziness
3) the person was not willing to accept his doctor’s diagnosis of a Vestibular problem and ended up proving them wrong
4) he (I definitely think it was male) talks about set backs, but battling on through and seeing it as a sign of healing

If anyone knows or recalls this success story, please link me to it. I really need to read it again.
