Anxiety back lump in scrotum

Well I haven't been on here for some time my anxiety has been good until today

About 8 years ago I felt a few bb sized lumps inside my scrotum not actually on the testicle itself but more like in a tube right at the top of inside my scrotum takes some dogging to find them anyway went GP did ultra sounds etc nothing was found fast forward until 2 years ago

I found some of the same lumps but on the right side thus time same place right at the top inside what feels like a vein or tube same procedure GP ultrasound nothing was found now fast forward until today

My anxiety triggered got a pain in my scrotum and had a feel and still felt them all there both sides same size but then in the back of my head im thinking did they miss something surely after 10 years after first finding them I'd have more symptoms by now If it was something serious
