Hi, I have a cat toy that is a thin elastic cord with balls at the end. Today i found the cords broken with part of the cord missing. The missing piece is about 30cm. I'm pretty sure my cat ate it.. My cat ate a hair elastic before, which was thicker but not as long, and was fine. The cat is acting normal now and not behaving weird, what should i do?
My dogs have eaten so many toys over the years. Just maybe keep an eye on your cat, make sure it’s drinking plenty of water and eating/using the litter box normally. If I notice my dogs behavior changing or they become super lethargic, then I know it’s time to get to the vet. For now your vet would probably just say to watch for the next 24 hrs and see if it passes normally - that’s what they tell me to do anyway.
