I'm scared is this to do with anxiety.

Hi i'm new here, i'm kate and i'm fourteen.

Okay it started with these tingling feelings in my legs and arms and I started to get worried. Now my joints are really stiff and my arms and legs are really weak. I've been having trouble sleeping at night because of all this above. I feel better when I move around and bad when I sit or rest.
My feet and hands are also cold even in warm rooms, and sometimes I get pins and needles in my feet and hands.
I was worried so I went to the doctors and they said it could be joint inflammation from having the flu a few weeks ago, i'm also having a blood test in a few days for precaution.
Are the doctors right? Or is it something more serious?

I get this feeling mainly in my left arm...it is scary and i think the worst but it started after I had a panic attack so I think it may be related to anxiety. I am sure the doctor will help you, I am going to America this Tuesday so I am scared I wont have help over there if something does go wrong...
