I have started this today, the psychiatrist wants me to take 30mg for two weeks, then 60mg and then 90. I'm nervous but I took my first tablet this afternoon. It doesn't seem like many people are on this one. I really hope it helps

I was given this in my late teens and early twenties for depression and anxiety. It really helped to even out my mood and rebalance me. I hope it helps you too :)
