Food - side effects

Hi everyone,

Just wondered if there are any foods/drinks that you've found have an effect on your Effexor.

I've recently been taking sea moss minerals and have noticed I'm feeling dizzy and getting bad headaches. It suddenly dawned on me that it might be an interaction?

The only thing I have problems with is Cheese. I get some terrible nightmares on Ven but if I eat cheese they are horrific. Shame as I love my mature cheddar 😛

I often find if I eat cheese in the evening I don’t sleep very well but I had that problem before I started the ven. Grapefruit is the only interaction I know of

Or maybe it is just the sea moss on its own causing the side-effects.
