Mood swings, roller coaster, up and down, pogostick...

Since autumn my mood has been going up and down drastically.
For example, last week I felt literally undefeatable. Fearless, self-confident and more or less without a care in the world. Then I kind of crashed on the weekend and this week I've been anxious, down, been having physical symptoms and my self-hatred has returned again.
Does anybody know how to even out these ups and downs? I felt that it got a bit better once I started taking multi-vitamins and codliver oil capsules.
What else can help? Physical exercise usually feels good too.
Meditation? Other supplements?
Positive thoughts don't seem to have any effect.

(I'm going to book an appointment with my GP regarding my AD medication, and I will bring up how I feel)

I feel exactly like this aswell. I havent been on this site for years but decided to join back as i too have been feeling exactly like you. I have felt this way for years. I can feel really good and chatty one week and now ive had 2 weeks of not wanting to speak to anyone, think im irritating every1 every time i speak etc. I have tried numerous supplements, no effect. I am going to try cbd oil next. I am not on meds, dont know if i should be, as i feel i cant function properly sometimes. I shut down and i know people will not understand this and think im being a b*tch. So this is why i dont work even though i have strong ambitions. I know i suffer anxiety but i feel i have an underlying undiagnoised illness. Have u tried spending time outside? This helps a bit
