If you've had this for 5-6 years, without any apparent change, it's not going to be anything sinister; and given your circumstances it won't be an STI. You may have a 'pearly papule', which is totally harmless.
Edited to add: the majority of penile cancer cases derive from the HPV virus, which is virtually impossible to get without sexual contact. The chances of you having it at 19, virgin or not, are zero - and even if you were older, it's an extremely rare cancer, with around 600 men diagnosed each year, compared to the tens of thousands of common cancers diagnosed.
In short, you have nothing to worry about!

Penile cancer is very rare, most males 99.9% who get it are over the age of 60
