Just upped my dose 10mg to 20mg...

What can I expect?? Will my side effects come back again?? I hope not :(

Taken 10mg for just over a week...just taken a whole tablet

Good luck hun, you might experience some side effects but shouldnt be as bad as when you first started on them x x

I've had trouble sleeping but hopefully that'll stop cos I love my sleep lol

I always have trouble sleeping on them at first (2nd time on them!) so ive got sleeping tablets to help me at first! Dont be scared if on day 3/4 on 20 you experience heightened anxiety etc its just your serotonin levels raising and it will pass as it takes few days 4 levels to rise x x

Thank u for the advice. My chest is feeling funny again, kinda a fluttery feeling in the left hand side, I know its anxiety. Im feeling very tired at the mo so gonna have a cuppa then bed x

Let me know how you get on its always scarey starting meds and upping doses, maybe you would be better taking it in the morning? You might sleep better? X x
