Tapering from 40 mg to 30 mg

Hi, I am tapering down Seroxat, and I feel depressed on and off. I am scared my depression is coming back. Please someone give me some reassuring words [emoji3064]

I'm sorry I don't have *sound* advice for you, but I wanted to let you know you will be fine - I also had a hard time with the med and the reduction by 10MG sounds about right. Why are you coming off Paxil? Are you starting something else; since your depression isn't resolved?

I am tapering down because I wasn’t depressed anymore and I didn’t feel like myself. It was my psychiatrist who wanted me to taper down. I actually feel more alive now, if that makes any sense. But still blue.... I also have muscle contractions in my face, it feels bizarre [emoji15]

How long since you dropped the dose by 10mg?
