Sore Testicles
Hi all
Have had sore testicles for 3 weeks now, just finished a course of anti biotics for 2 weeks. Feel like the ache is at the back of the testicles, balls aren’t sore to touch. Dr has had a look and cannot feel any lumps and has put it down to epididymis. I have no other symptoms apart from a dull ache 24/7. I am now trying naproxen for 2 weeks to see what happens.
Anyone had something similar? So frustrating I’m
Going nowhere with it.

Re: Sore Testicles
Ball ache checking in... I've had mine since like October. Antibiotics done nothing and Naproxen helped. I've got an ultrasound sound soon (finally!) To see what's going on.
I've done a lot of reading so far and while I'm still worried I've found that Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome can cause achey balls. I think mine might be referred pain as my thigh and inner hip have always hurt too and more so when I'm walking a lot. Do try pelvic floor relaxation there are some great YouTube vids on it and it does help, although sometimes at first it can make you feel a little more sore.
In regards to epididymis, I've read many, many men have had aches for months after an infection.

Re: Sore Testicles
Yes since October have had pain in my left testicle.. Hurt like really hurt. I was given 2 different set of antibiotics but nothing helped. Over Christmas the pain eased a little but I still get it. Had a US today which came back all okay.
