Hi! I know a few people have mentioned using relaxation/hypnotherapy tapes. Did a quick Google search and there seems like there are loads available, so could anyone recommend any in particular? Don't want to buy one blind!

I have a Deep Sleep one from there that is great.

Bought the deep sleep one and the relaxation one - will try anything once! :)
