How do you just get over it?
I’ve been dealing with a lump in throat sensation since February. I saw an ent who scoped me and said that it just looked slightly irritated in my throat on that side and it could just be globus. I’m fighting so hard to not schedule another follow up appointment as I still have the feeling in my throat. Some days are better than others but it’s still there still on the same side. How do you just ignore symptoms and move on? I usually am good about trusting my doctors and moving on if I’ve had concerns. Any advice on this is appreciated.

Same here! After ENT still in worry!
Do you also get discomfort in neck and or teeth? It seems mine is muscle tension related.
Take care!
