abdominal bloating and lower abdominal/pelvic pain

I've suffered on and off for many years with health anxiety.
I haven't been on here for a while as I found the use of forums to just exacerbate my problems...currently I'm doing pretty good..until tonight.

I have had some pretty painful abdominal bloating and lower stomach pain which is quite severe.

So I did the worst thing and googled...something I haven't done in a while...just thought to share that near every result I got for those symptoms says that it's a sure sign of ovarian cancer.

I'm a guy so I'm obviously very concerned at just what this could mean to me and how life changing having ovaries would be.
Luckily I haf an abdominal ultra sound last week and the radiographer never mentioned anything about my ovaries or that I'd even grown one, two, or any number of them.

Just thought to share with anyone who may be freaking out at the same googled results :yesyes:
