I really don’t want to have to go to dr for this I couldn’t deal with going my dr always finds it funny makes jokes when I come in worrying and also wouldn’t be able to handle going for an ultrasound.

I doubt you'd be referred for an ultrasound ;) I think your Dr is making light to show you how unfounded and minor your worries are.
