Scared about tummy pain

Hi,
I've had a tummy ache since about midnight last night off and on. It's not severe or anything but just keeps coming back like a dull ache right in the centre. I ate my dinner quite late and had some wine so I am hoping ts just some kind of indigestion. But I keep jumping to horror thoughts like stomach ulcers or internal bleeding which is really scaring me and making me feel sick. Im terrified I'll be sick blood or something as I did have light brown sick a few weeks ago and was convinced it was blood despite my partner friends etc sayING it won't be that, I have been very obsessed about it. Please help calm me

It's been less than twelve hours; there's every chance it's just the unpleasant consequences of a late dinner.

What if it lasts longer than 12 hours? What do I do x

Like I say it's not searing pain or anything just discomfort but I am really scared

I know it's tough, but just because you're afraid it doesn't mean there's anything to be afraid of.

Thanks blueIris. I'm thinking it if it was anything serious it wouldn't come and go as it does. It's not uncommon for me to have phases of a bad tummy with IBS so I might just be in a flare up maybe?
