Constant heart palpitations but slow heart rate

Hello, I've not posted here in 6 months I was on track and doing ok. 3 days ago my heart palpitations started again and are really bad I'm talking 100s a minute.
I havnt been able to sleep because of them. I've had ecgs in the past and all normal. I take my heart rate and it's not increased. So this cant be anxiety? I am an extremely anxious person and always have been. I just struggle to see that these are caused by that when they have been gone 6 months! And my heart isnt beating fast when they happen. Frustrating!

Hi, I really feel for you as I experience similar. I can go months with no palpitations even virtually no anxiety and then all of a sudden back again. The thoughts we have fuel more anxiety and hence more palpitations and so on. I try to use tapping which sees to help a little but this time after three weeks of these horrid symptoms have gone back to propranolol. Hate using meds but need some relief. Talking about it helps so at least we have this forum. Try to keep your mind occupied, do you read, paint, anything to give yourself a break from these negative thoughts. I hope you feel better soon, don't suffer xx
